Your Father

17 Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ” …
“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.
John 20:17; Matthew 6:8

Dear Ones: Your Father! When a person becomes born-again there is a release of power that restores their spiritual union with God. They now can truly call God, Father, for they have become one with Christ. Father God is a good, good father. He is Love, Power, Wisdom, Truth and all of the rest of the fruits of the divine nature. There is no other love that we can experience that is greater than the Love of Father God.

Our Father loves us so much that He is not satisfied to see us continue to be victimized by the dark one but sent His Holy Spirit to teach us how to live an overcoming life in Christ. He knows what we need but gives us the awesome privilege to go to Him and ask. The greatest joy He desires is for a child to come and ask for His will to be done in their life. We come to understand this by reading further in Matthew 6:9-10. “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.” His great love for us wants us to experience the atmosphere of heaven now in our lives.

WOW! This is great news. Let us begin to understand that we can invite the atmosphere of heaven into our homes and into everything we do. Then you can go from “our Father” to “my Father” in your private time with Him. Always remember that He is holy when you go into your private time with Him. He seeks true fellowship from your heart as you talk to Him as your loving Father.

May you come to truly know the heart of Your Father. Invite the atmosphere of heaven into your heart and home. As you go about your day it will follow you and manifest around you. Think on these things today and all weekend. It is a good day to remember that He is your Father. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
