So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
Dear Ones: The People Shouted and the walls fell down flat. The shout of victory comes before the walls of adversity that block your way fall down. It is a shout of faith in the only ONE Who is able to flatten the walls for you. The weapons of a Christian’s warfare are not carnal but mighty through God. The shout of the Israelites was just an example of this type of warfare. They drew on their past experiences with God and believed He was able to do what was impossible in the natural.
As we face many seemingly insurmountable challenges, remember the walls of Jericho. There is nothing too difficult for our Lord. Let the shout of victory come up in you. May you experience the release of His power against what is confronting you today as you shout. It is a good day to be exuberant in the Lord. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
