The Lord saves the godly! He is their salvation and their refuge when trouble comes.
Dear Ones: The Lord saves the godly (righteous ones). It is in the darkest hour that the Light of the Lord shines brighter and brighter. Isaiah 60:2 gives us confirmation, “For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.” These are the days of His glory. Look with the eyes of faith and see the façade of darkness is beginning to crack. Put your hope in the LORD and know He is able to take you through the troubles in victory.
The world’s system wants us to focus on anything that is negative. This is how fear is fed. It eats and thrives on negativity. But in truth the LORD’s hand has been upon you for good. Even in the challenges, you have learned to call on His name. The reward of the righteous is the peace of the LORD. Consider the most negative person you know and ask yourself, “Do they have peace?” The answer will be NO!
May you become fully aware of the LORD as your refuge in times of trouble. Let the fullness of this verse bring comfort to your soul. HE is your Savior. HE loves you. Have a safe and blessed weekend. Enjoy His peace today.
