The breaker [the Messiah, who opens the way] shall go up before them [liberating them]. They will break out, pass through the gate and go out; So their King goes on before them, The Lord at their head.
Dear Ones: The Breaker! Consider the big icebreaker ships that are needed to keep the waterways open in frigid climates. Before they come, the passageways are blocked with ice, and all traffic is stopped. But then the “breaker” comes with power and clears the way.
King Jesus opens the way before us. When the enemy blocks the way to our blessings, our King comes to help us with power in answer to our call of faith. This verse reminds us that we have a mighty God who will never leave us nor forsake us. He goes before us breaking open the way to the gates of blessings, healings, and deliverances. He crushes the obstructions, lying symptoms, and other blockages that the enemy throws up against us.
Some of these enemies are depression, anxiety, fear, doubt, and unbelief. Picture these enemies crushed under the power of our Great Breaker—Messiah. No longer do these enemies have any power to imprison you. Your Lord has set you free, so enjoy the fresh air of liberty in Him.
Declare today, “The Breaker, King Jesus, is crushing my enemies. His power is plowing through those circumstances that seemed impossible to break. I am free.” Let your words fill the atmosphere with victory and freedom. You are an overcomer because the Breaker lives in you. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
