Energize the limp hands, strengthen the rubbery knees. Tell fearful souls, “Courage! Take heart! God is here, right here, on his way to put things right And redress all wrongs. He’s on his way! He’ll save you!”
Dear Ones: Courage! Take Heart! Are the words of encouragement found in this chapter. In times of great personal and national distress we are counseled to have courage and to take heart that our Lord is with us. He will come to put things right. Our part is to believe in Him and that He is able to take care of all that concerns us.
No matter what the circumstances, we have a hands-on, fully involved GOD! Crazy situations on the job or at home are no match for His wisdom and power. He will redress (make right, restore) all the wrongs that you suffered at the hands of others. He will counsel you about your own thinking too. For sometimes our situations arise from our alignment with the words of the dark one. Don’t worry; He is on the way to save you from the darkness that surrounds you.
May courage arise as you take heart in His power to deliver you in all situations. Let these words from Isaiah bring comfort to your soul and peace to your heart. As you begin this weekend, keep these words in mind. It is a good day to know these things. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
