Rejoice Exceedingly

Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, So drive them away; As wax melts before the fire, So let the wicked perish at the presence of God. But let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.
Psalm 68:1-3

Dear Ones: Rejoice Exceedingly! The Lord, the Almighty, is scattering the enemy and his minions. He protects His children with a jealous passion. He defends those who are in Christ even as a fire easily melts wax. Who or what is attacking you or bothering you today are coming against the fire of His presence.

As the new year ages, let this be a year filled with victory and overcoming long nagging issues that have beset you and yours. When you are a Christian, in Christ, you are not left to wage a spiritual battle alone. He is ever faithful to go with you and never forsake you. Consider how He went with Israel through the wilderness for forty years. Though they stumbled and failed at times, He covered them with a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. His presence went with them. But a Christian has the presence of the King in them. Therefore, we have a much better covenant affirmed by His Blood.

May you rejoice exceedingly and be glad that the Almighty One is with you to scatter your enemies. Sow these verses into your soul and watch how He works on your behalf. Have an overcoming day in the Lord. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
