No Mountain

Therefore no mountain, however high, can stand before Zerubbabel! For it will flatten out before him! And Zerubbabel will finish building this Temple with mighty shouts of thanksgiving for God’s mercy, declaring that all was done by grace alone.
Zechariah 4:7 (TLB)

Dear Ones: No Mountain! Zechariah encouraged Zerubbabel that the grace of God was ensuring the completion of the Temple. Similarly, the Master instructed us in Mark 11:23, NKJV, this way. “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” The mountain of opposition that stands before you will collapse as the Lord’s favor and power comes against it.

Our part is to trust in His power, ability, and desire to see the mountains of opposition fall before us. The way the enemy opposes us is different depending on our life circumstances. The mountains we face are meant to destroy our faith and trust in God’s goodness and mercy towards His children. However, grace, God’s enabling power to know and do His will, is available to us every day. We certainly can ask for it and receive it every morning. Therefore, when opposition arises before us as a high mountain, we can shout grace to it. Our faith in His goodness will cast it into the sea and clear the way for our victory through Him.

Declare today: “I release my faith and the grace of God saying, ‘No mountain of opposition will block my blessings and favor.’ His grace enables me to see the mountain collapse before it happens in the natural world. My way becomes a fertile plain. I am blessed; my family is blessed; my nation is blessed and restored. In Him I overcome with a grateful heart. Praise the Lord!” Have a blessed and safe weekend in Jesus’ name.
