Now on Rumble: He Who Overcomes
Paul is continuing to move our videos off of YouTube and onto Rumble. This is a precautionary measure because YouTube has been known to be unfriendly to the Christian posters on their site.
In this video, we study the letters to the churches in Revelation: Thyatira, Sardis, and Philadelphia. There are grand promises made to “he who overcomes” the lies, deceptions, and attacks of the evil one and his minions. Here is an excerpt from the video transcript to give you an idea of the lesson content.
At the end of every promise made to “he who overcomes,” the Lord again calls out to those who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. An essential character trait of an overcomer is to be a good listener. We are to listen for the voice of the Spirit to guide us and to lead us around the snares and traps of the enemy. It is similar to the way a concert musician trains his ear to hear the true chords of a symphony and can detect any disharmony. We must be so familiar with His voice that we do not receive another’s words.
