He Knows All Things

There is a sure way for us to know that we belong to the truth. Even though our inner thoughts may condemn us with storms of guilt and constant reminders of our failures, we can know in our hearts that in His presence God Himself is greater than any accusation. He knows all things.
1 John 3:20 (VOICE

Dear Ones: He Knows All Things! He knows everything about us—every bad thing we have done and every good thing. Yet He is the One Who loves to help us. It is the enemy that comes with thought bombs of guilt and accusations of things we have repented of. When the Father forgives, He truly forgives and forgets. The confirmation of this is found in Psalm 103:12, TLB. “He has removed our sins as far away from us as the east is from the west.”

He Knows Me!

Not only are these comforting words, but words to use against the thought bombs the enemy lobs at us. As we go about our day, the enemy comes to trigger our emotions to condemn and accuse us. These thoughts seem to come out of the blue. We think this is odd. “Why am I remembering that?” When this happens, be quick to shut off the thoughts by declaring, “I repented of that, and I am forgiven. You have no right to try and drag me back into that storm!”

Our mind is a great battlefield where the enemy tries to manipulate us by stirring up old emotional hurts and failures. But we don’t have to play his game anymore. When we are re-born in Christ we have been given a clean slate. Let Paul’s words from 2 Corinthians 5:17, AMPC bring confirmation. “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!”

Declare today, “He knows all things about me. I have repented and I am clean by the Blood of Christ. No weapon or thought bomb from the enemy shall prosper against me. I am loved and forgiven and I am a new creation because Christ lives in me!” Have an overcoming day. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
