The land of Egypt is before you. Have your father and brothers dwell in the best of the land; let them dwell in the land of Goshen. … Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
Dear Ones: Goshen! When Israel fled to Egypt to escape the famine, because of Joseph they were given the best land. In Psalm 37 David declares that the ones who trust the Lord will do good and their land will yield great produce. These two verses give us great encouragement to trust God to cause our land to be restored and yield great blessings. It is no coincidence that our national motto is, “In God We Trust.”
Have you considered what your personal motto is? We should have one when you consider that our freewill is non-returnable. Our choices carry great weight and consequences for good or bad. Mottos are to be displayed and spoken so that people may know our most heartfelt motives in life. Maybe a good personal motto can be like our national one, “In Christ I Trust!” The end goal of a Christian life is to be conformed to the image of our King, Jesus. We are called to give ourselves to Him because He paid the price for our freedom from sin, sickness, diseases, and delivered us from the power of darkness. Like Joseph, through Christ we have access to the best: The resources of the Kingdom of Heaven. In a real sense, He is the doorway to our Goshen where we live under His protective and watchful eye.
May the goodness of the Lord be to you like the land of Goshen in Joseph’s time. Like David, may you sing about the Lord’s faithfulness to cause you to eat the good of the land even in times of lack. Feed on His faithfulness like you would enjoy a good steak dinner. He is able to provide for you and yours; He is not limited by man’s resources. It is a good day to enjoy living in His Goshen. I bless you in Jesus’ name.

No, I do not have any thoughts on that. Ask Holy Spirit to lead you to the right place. Keep your ears open because somethings are given in what we think are casual conversations.
