So here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you.
Dear Ones: At the Feet of the Lord! Leave your cares and troubles there. He is your burden bearer. When you walk with Him, He carries the heavy load. David learned this truth from his life’s journey with the Lord. David had an interesting life. It certainly was not carefree. He had many days when he thought King Saul was going to succeed in killing him. Yet, this is what he learned through it all.
David’s life is a great example of the goodness and redemptive power of our God. When David failed, the Lord corrected him like a good Father. Let us learn from David’s testimony to give Him the anxieties that try and control our lives. We have a better covenant than David had for we are on the other side of the Cross. The veil has been torn and we are called to sit with Him in heavenly places. His limitless grace strengthens us inside and out because in Him we live and move and have our being.
May you learn to leave your cares at the feet of the Lord. The storms come and go, but the Word of the Lord is your Rock of safety in it all. Have an overcoming day as you drop your cares at His feet. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
