24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.
Dear Ones: I love the eighth chapter of the book of Romans. It is filled with revelation and the wisdom of God. Here we read that Hope acts before the manifestation comes. Hope and Faith are companions; Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Hope comes in the times of waiting and delay. Therefore, perseverance and endurance are developed in us during the season of Hope. But the season of Hope will give way to the season of fulfillment that yields thanksgiving in our souls.
May this season of Hope for good things in this new year give way to a grand season of fulfillment. May HIS goodness and mercy strengthen your hope as you endure the delay. Have an overcoming day in the LORD. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
