Sure and Fearless

No fear, no pacing, no biting fingernails. When the earth spins out of control, we are sure and fearless. When mountains crumble and the waters run wild, we are sure and fearless.
Psalm 46:2 (VOICE)

Dear Ones: Sure and Fearless! Yes, that this the posture we are to have even as things spin out of control. Christians can be fearless because we are undergirded by the Rock upon which our salvation is assured. The news media of this current hour are like the false prophets of old spreading fear and uncertainty with every broadcast. Don’t fall prey to their fearmongering.

Remember, to fill yourself with the Word. Hebrews 13:8, NKJV, is a good place to start. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Consider the times He helped you in the past and be confident He will do it again. Then cite Philippians 4:19, NKJV, to encourage your heart. “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Don’t pace or bite your fingernails, believe that He is looking for an opportunity to shower blessings upon you, your family, and your nation. He is that GOOD!

Declaration: “I will walk sure and fearless even in these turbulent times. Jesus Christ is my Rock in an unstable world. The resources of Heaven are without limits; therefore, I know He is able to take care of all my needs. In Him I know we are safe; we are overcomers in Christ.” Think on these things today and be blessed in Jesus’ name.
