24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, 25 To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.
Dear Ones: Faultless! Can you be faultless? Yes, from the Lord’s perspective He sees how you will end up in Him as you grow up spiritually. When you received Christ as your Lord and Savior you became a new creation in Him. At that moment you received the glory force that began to work His nature in you. This is confirmed by 2 Peter 1:4, “by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
We are works in progress for what we are today is not how we will be tomorrow. Every day in Christ, we make progress to become more like Him. Holy Spirt is our Teacher, Guide, and Intercessor who works with us toward this auspicious goal. The Blood of Christ is the greatest cleansing agent of all time. When we truly repent of our missteps even the stain of sin is removed. This is glorious news. He is able to keep us from stumbling if we truly love Him enough to follow His word and His Spirit.
These verses are the closing words of Jude’s letter to the Church. Not only will the Lord present us before the Father’s throne faultless, but with joy. He will rejoice that we have accepted His sacrifice and used it to bring glory to the Father. WOW!
May you realize the end-goal of your life is to be faultless in Christ. Rejoice in the Lord’s declaration in Isaiah 46:10, NCV. “From the beginning I told you what would happen in the end. A long time ago I told you things that have not yet happened. When I plan something, it happens. What I want to do, I will do.” The Lord does not change, so receive His words as if He said them directly to you. I bless you in Jesus’ name.
